This was a while in the making, but I had the wonderful opportunity to travel out to the amazing and gorgeous state of New Mexico, to the city of Santa Fe, and photograph this wedding. We had some pretty strict time constraints, and weren’t able to traverse the landscape, but even just looking over the balcony of the hotel at the pretty view and the gorgeous September sky was such a treat (and the weather that weekend was PERFECTION). The events took place in the most precious wedding chapel right in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, with all its color and charm and culture, and I was SO there for all of the above. Give me all the color and charm! And give me they did, from the bouquets, to the bridesmaids dresses, to the glasses with which the couple was gifted to toast their new union. And there was no lack of fun or charm either, or any hint of a dull moment as the celebration at the reception was equally jubilant and emotionally touching. There were times of sweet tears, and times of riotous laughter, and everything in between, and I’d say – a total success! I wish the couple nothing but wedded bliss from here on going forward!
