It seems I’m never at home, and maybe that was true for much of the Summer and early Fall, but I just love exploring new places and meeting new families and finding new things to photograph, and I can’t resist the mountains.  While I was in Colorado for the ROAM Workshop, I had the opportunity to shoot this darling family, which was a dream because not only is she a brilliant photographer, she also has the most adorable kids who are so sweet and loving and funny …I could go on.  They are blessed, for sure, and I was blessed to have them in front of my camera!

And who knew that you could create snow in September by whacking cattails against trees?  I know now!
