I have never lived in Wisconsin, but a few of my family members migrated there over the years so now I have this wonderful excuse to go visit every year.  I’m in love with this gorgeous state.  As much as I don’t miss snow and cold, I do marvel at the wonder that is this state.  The bluffs, the lakes, the forests, all the GREEN.  There is this amazing field in Madison that used to grow sunflowers every other Summer, but due to traffic concerns they didn’t have them this year, but oh, wow, that place was still incredible.  What’s better is that a dear photographer friend came up from Illinois with her perfect family – the sweetest boy in the world with a huge sense of adventure, a big sister with the world’s most delightful giggle, and a smiley baby girl, plus two parents who obviously adore them with their heart and soul –  and they were beautifully dressed, it was a gorgeous day, and well, the rest is history.
