This year has been an unusual one for SallyKate Photography. February launched a brand-new path for my business, as my family moved south from Michigan to Texas, but obligations up north ensured I was making many, many, many trips back and forth throughout the year. I also found myself in Wisconsin, Chicago, Arizona, Salt Lake City and Montana, as well as Michigan. Since I was often only in one place for so long, I offered a lot of “mini” sessions, in order to fit in as many loyal photography clients as possible, and to visit with as many beloved families and children as I possibly could. In Texas, I introduced mini sessions as an “ice breaker” while I began meeting the amazing and beautiful families and children and couples who have become my new photography clients here in Flower Mound and the DFW area.
Because I’m so very, very behind on my blog posts for the year, and it’s New Year’s Eve and I still have a tremendously long list of posts to go, all these “mini” sessions are going on one huge post. So stretch out your scrolling fingers, folks, cuz this one’s a doozy. But all these people are gorgeous and wonderful so I promise it will be worth it.
