I was in Michigan recently to shoot a wedding, and on the last evening I was able to steal away to spend some time with my friend Meg (check out her IG – she is an AMAZING photographer) and photograph her on a PERFECT Summer night, capturing that sweet burgeoning baby bump that she’s nurturing. We started in the same spot where she had her wedding pictures taken, which I thought was the coolest thing, seeing that this is probably their last child (I say probably because, well, I thought my fourth child was my last also). I love photographing other photographers because they will do anything, like wade in water or lie in tall grass or walk around barefoot in weeds and rocks. She is a self-proclaimed nature girl though, and she lives in the rural Upper Peninsula of Michigan, so I guess a little tall grass and rocks weren’t enough to deter her when it comes to documenting a precious last pregnancy. It was an incredible honor to share in her journey in this way, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Oh my goodness, these are stunning. But then again, Meg is beautiful and you are an amazing photographer. I love the images in the white striped dress.
Gorgeous model and images!! I’m a huge Meg Loeks photography fan, but I love seeing her on the other side of the camera. I can’t pick a favorite because I love them all. Awesome job!
Stunning, stunning, stunning. Every last one of them! You are gorgeous, Meg. And you are so incredibly talented, Sally! Gorgeous!
